Maria Daines is a multi-award winning International vocalist and songwriter, hailing from Cambridgeshire in the UK. She is also an advocate for animal rights and welfare campaigning and patron of Cornwalls Voice for Animals. In August 2007 her band supported US artist Pink at Cardiff International Arena for the ‘Party For Animals World Wide’, which raised over £90,000 for six animal charities.
Her 4 piece rock band formed in 1996,
plays original material written by herself & guitarist Paul Killington. They became a fixture of the live music scene, making several TV appearances and gathering fans in over 20 countries. BBC, FM and internet radio feature many tracks and several special project works have found placement in TV/film production.
