Mrs Campbell of Rainbow Ark recently contacted me to explain that she’s still having problems with the bank, whom are now threatning to hire a company from Liverpool to destroy the animals ~ ~ she’s obviouly under alot of pressure ~ and there really is no need for her to be ~ when we have more than enough hands here to help ~~ ~ as she has said to me, all it takes is £1 a month and yet she’s only received 3 donations apparently ~ am sure we can do better than that! ) ~~~ and thanks to Corals time in creating this beautiful peace of H~art work for us, and bearing the most beautiful words to go with ~ am sure we will ~~ … ~

This scene depicts the Rainbow Ark saving the animals from certain doom, but without the generosity of the public donations it has found itself in the same predicament & is asking for your support no matter how small it may be it will be used for a very good cause and will save the life of another of God’s Creatures (s)he put on this Earth to live in harmony with mankind and not to be hunted for Sport or slain for their body parts from which poachers sell for a profit ~~~~ …So Please give generously…

1. The Dolphins in the Arc of the rainbow are showing the way for the Rescue helicopter along with The Rainbow Ark Rescue Ship to which both represent Donors coming to save the Animals from certain Doom.

2. The Rabbits on the Log are representing fertility & love, fertility so they can breed so they will not become extinct from Mother Earth & the love they can share with all those who have donated to help save them.

3. The Cat on the log with the Piglet & Rabbits is a symbol of astuteness, intelligence, mystery & independency also cleverness and is assuring the Rabbits & Piglet that help is on the way and to hang on for a while longer.

4. The Dove flying over the Rainbow is delivering divine messages of love, peace & calmness from above to the other animals to say that everything will be fine.

5.The Giraffe a symbol of vision & achievement ,therefore with its height it can see a long way into the future and is re-assuring the other animals as well as the Rainbow Ark & their donors that they will ride out the rough seas they are experiencing at present & achieve all their goals in the future.

6.The Chicken on the Giraffes back symbolises Motherhood ,hope & abundance and is re-assuring the rest of the animals in her motherly fashion not to give up hope but to stay positive, for on the other side of the rainbow,the sky is clearer and there is an abundance of help waiting for them.

7.The Horse is there to give all the others the power & the wisdom to be able to hang in there until help arrives which will be very soon.

8. The Cow is helping the Chicken to Nurture & Mother all the younger animals whose Mother & Father have already been saved and are waiting to be re-united with their off spring.

9. The Lion is there to share his strength, courage & leadership abilities to help head the rescue mission.

10. The Elephant is telling the others through his ability to radiate strength, wisdom & intelligence that if they look they will see that they are going to be rescued & that everything is going to be OK in the end.

11. Finally the Angel in the tree has been given the task from above to ensure that the rescue mission runs smoothly and that all the animals that may be homeless, parentless, starving or in need of medical assistance get the appropriate help or aid they require as quickly as possible ~~

When I first saw them, I couldn’t believe it.  I had been searching so long for them.  Well, maybe not them per se, but something like them.  I excitedly grabbed them and, after double checking the back, ran full speed to buy them.

I couldn’t wait.  I told the cashier that I didn’t need a bag as I handed her my money.  I ran a hundred different scenarios in my head, trying to remember of all the ways that I had previously thought of if I ever found them.  Did I have everything I needed?

I walked outside the store and looked around.  Could everyone tell how happy I was?  How greedy?  As I walked to my car, I used my teeth to open the sleeve and pull out that first delicate piece and took a bite.  I was in heaven.

A SANCTUARY which cares for more than 400 animals is on the brink of collapse after the bad winter.

Rainbow Ark, at (God’s) WILL-ington, near Crook, County Durham, was snowed in for weeks over Christmas.

The weather put a severe dent in their finances and now sanctuary boss Paula Campbell fears her menagerie could be destroyed.

Paula, 44, (Magdalena’s Open Door Number) believes she is the only sanctuary in the North East still taking in larger rescue animals.

But the rescues, which include terrapins and alpacas as well as horses, cats and dogs, will have nowhere to go if Paula can’t raise funds soon.

“We are desperate,” said Paula, a widow. “I know these are hard times for everyone but we are really struggling.

“We just need enough money to get us through to the spring.

“At Easter we hope to start our fundraising again.”

During a bitterly cold December, Paula’s farm was blocked off by blizzards, meaning visitors couldn’t reach them and staff couldn’t get out to fundraising events.

Food and heating costs also soared, and one of the units in the cattery collapsed under heavy snow.

Mother-of-four Paula, who has a farm management course under her belt, has been managing to keep going against the odds.

But feed alone costs more than £1,000 a week.

Redwood Wholefood Company, a food business owned by Heather Mills that specializes in faux meat and faux cheese products, opened its first shop in Corby in England this week. Lovers of vegan deli meats and dairy-free cheeses under brands like Vegideli and Cheezly and Cheatin’ can now shop Redwood like they would any other grocery store.

The decision was made by Redwood after learning many of the natural foods shops in the area did not have much refrigeration space.

Lee Rockingham, Redwood’s finance director, said, “People in Corby have been asking us for ages if they can buy directly from us but in the past we just haven’t had the space.”

“Before it was quite difficult for local people to get hold of our products because they need to be kept chilled.”

The shop in Corby is open Tuesday-Friday between 10am and 4pm.

Mills recently participated in a debate over whether or not humans should eat meat. Mills used the argument that people simply aren’t designed to hunt and would never have been able to if it had not been for the modern inventions that came after humans had been surviving for quite some time.

“I’m asking you to walk to the nearest field and show me those claws that you have where you can jump on the cow, rip it apart and start munching on it,” Mills said. “If your teeth and your hands were not made to do that, how can you rip that flesh apart? You cannot – it’s what the meat and dairy lobbyists infiltrate into you.”
